We book the loads. You drive.

RouteCore is a truck dispatch service for owner-operators and small fleets. We find loads on your lanes, negotiate rates with brokers, and handle the paperwork, so you can stay focused on the road.

  • You approve every load
  • No forced dispatch
  • No long-term contract
  • New authorities welcome

What your dispatcher handles

We work the phones, the load boards and the paperwork. You get loaded miles without spending your day chasing brokers.

Load finding
We search load boards and broker contacts for freight that fits your equipment, lanes and schedule.
Rate negotiation
Every load is negotiated with the broker before it reaches you, so you're not leaving money on the table.
Broker setup
We fill out carrier packets and onboarding paperwork with new brokers on your behalf.
Route planning
We line up your next load before you deliver this one, to cut down on deadhead and waiting.
Paperwork
Rate confirmations, BOLs and PODs are collected, checked and kept organized for each load.
Invoicing and factoring
We send invoices to the broker or submit to your factoring company, so you get paid faster.
Check calls
We keep brokers updated on your status, so you're not taking calls while you drive.
Detention and layover
We track your time at shippers and receivers, and follow up on detention and layover pay you're owed.

Common questions

Do I need my own authority?

Yes. We dispatch for carriers with active MC authority and insurance. New authorities are welcome. We can help you get set up with brokers from day one.

Do I have to take every load you find?

No. We send you the details of every load before booking: pickup, delivery, rate and miles. Nothing is booked without your approval.

Are you a freight broker?

No. We work for you, the carrier, as your dispatcher. Brokers pay you or your factoring company directly, and you pay our fee separately.

How and when do I pay you?

We send one invoice each week for the loads delivered that week, based on our percentage of the gross.

Is there a contract?

We sign a dispatch service agreement so both sides know what to expect, but there's no long-term commitment. You can stop anytime with written notice.

What do I need to get started?

Your MC authority, certificate of insurance, W-9, and a notice of assignment if you use a factoring company. We'll send you the dispatch agreement to sign.
